High efficient and reliable 10 mm diode laser bars at 940nm

Popis:	In this paper we present improvements on 940 nm high power diode lasers. For 10 mm bars maximum wallplug efficiencies of 65% are demonstrated using 2 mm resonators. Bars mounted with hard solder show good reliability behaviour.
