Popis: A survey is given in this paper of the researches [3-12] devoted to the systematic investigation of the turning deformation modes and their associated structural deformation levels of polycrystals. Results of investigations executed on identical materials (lead and alloys with it as base) but for different kinds of loading, active deformation of one sign, creep, and sign-variable loading, are considered.
