Popis: Radio frequency plasma treatment of 96-well PCR polypropylene plate, using O2, decreased DNA adsorption relative to untreated plates. Furthermore, radio frequency plasma treatment with a N2/H2 gas mixture increased DNA adsorption. This technique provides a simple means of modifying DNA adsorption to PCR polypropylene plates for various applications.
