Popis: At designing of a vibroaspiration separator on the carried out researches, the working hypothesis, concerning increase in a driving force of process of fractionation at the expense of imposing in system of the combined unbalance from action of compulsive forces and torque which are resulted in system at realization of a self-oscillation mode of movement of the central pipe of the distributor has been offered. During theoretical and experimental studies was proved the possibility to improve the quality of separation by using the lower distribution zone of the vibroaspiration separator. Increasing the speed of seed particles under the influence of centrifugal forces, Coriolis acceleration and self-oscillating motion in the process of seed separation can increase the value of trajectory changes by 25-30 %, and thus improve the quality of seed separation by 10-15 %. The results of experimental studies of created vibroaspiration separator of sunflower seeds allowed to substantiate the following rational parameters of this process: the diameter of the distributor hopper must be within 50-60 mm; the diameter of the branch pipe, that supplies seed into the vertical aspiration channel is 30-40 mm at useful channel length of 0.8 m; air flow speed, for the best separation of sunflower seeds is 75-90 % of the critical air flow rate and is 4.5-5.5 m/s. To achieve effective inertial forces and to ensure the clarity of the separation of fractions in the conditions of self-oscillating mode of movement of the central pipe of the distributor, it is rational to mount 20 sailing elements.
