| Popis: | An L-band receiver using gallium arsenide monolithic integrated technique has been developed for low-cost manufacture. The front end receiver is comprised of an RF front-end amplifier, a single-pole-double-throw switch for antenna selection, a local oscillator buffer amplifier, phase splitters, and a double balanced mixer. This paper reports the design, fabrication, packaging, and testing of the complete receiver. |
