Popis: In order to develop a joystick as a universal access device for accessible voting machines, it is necessary to observe and understand the strategies of users with disabilities when operating joysticks in this context. For this study, researchers analyzed video and audio recordings as well as written notes and user feedback from the usability evaluation of the Smart Voting Joystick to identify, document, and understand the interaction strategies individuals with motor or dexterity related disabilities employ when using a joystick to interact with a mock voting system.
