Popis:	Two cases of pluriglandular insufficiency simulating panhypopituitarism are presented. Both patients had hypoadrenalism, hypothyroidism and hypogonadism, with findings which indicated the presence of a functioning pituitary gland. In one of the two cases autopsy was performed and confirmed the presence of a normal pituitary gland.
