Popis:	Nineteen patients with primary gastric lymphoma were diagnosed and treated between 1981 and 1994. Clinical stage as evaluated by the Ann Arbor classification was I in 4 cases, II in 7 cases, III in 1 case, and IV in 7 cases. According to the Working Formulation 16 patients had intermediate-grade lymphoma. There was one case of Hodgkin's disease. CRP at admission, was positive in 11 of 15 patients, but LDH was abnormal in only 3 of 19 patients. Treatment included surgery (5) in 5 cases, chemotherapy after surgery (S+CT) in 5 cases and chemotherapy (CT) in 6 cases. Complete remission (CR) was achieved in 11 of 18 patients, that is, S in 5, and S+CT and CT in 3 each. Median survival time by Kaplan-Meier method was 20.9 months. There was only one death among patients who achieved a state of CR during the observation period. We consider that CR patients have a good prognosis.
