New structure in the angular and field dependencies of the magnetoresistance of (BEDT-TTF)2TlHg(SCN)4

Popis: Magnetoresistence measurements of (BEDT-TTF) 2 TlHg(SCN) 4 were made in DC magnetic fields up to 30 T at 0.5 K. Both field sweeps at constant angle ϕ (where ϕ is defined below) and angular sweeps at fixed field were obtained. Resistance vs field dependence near the angle ϕ =50° shows very deep anharmonic dips between 25 T and 30 T. Angular sweeps at 30 T reveal similar looking features between approximately 44° and 64°. Possible explanations of the effect are proposed.
