Popis:	A 15 year old patient presented with a 6 month history of painful blisters. She was chronically unwell and complained of loss of weight, malaise, alopecia and oral ulcers. On examination the blisters were scattered on the trunk, limbs and there was evidence of scarring from previous blisters. The blisters were on a non-inflammatory base, some were haemorrhagic and there was evidence of atrophy and secondary leucoderma.
