Die Anforderungen der Wirtschaft an Absolventen von Schulen oder Hochschulen weichen oft von dem ab, was die Ausbildung leisten kann. Zwar wird gesagt, Bildung sei als einziger Rohstoff in Deutschland wichtig, doch die Lernmotivation und -effizienz werden dabei vernachlassigt. Hier werden Veranderungen angeboten, die bereits 14 Jahre erprobt werden. Die ausgewogene Mischung von konsumtivem Frontalunterricht mit handlungsaktiven Elementen wie u. a. Projektarbeit mit Firmenthemen schafft nachweislich eine hohere Lerneffizienz und ubt Schlusselqualifikationen.
