Popis:	Various 2-substituted all-cis-8,11,14-eicosatrienoic acids have been prepared via coupling of all-cis-6,9,12-octadecatrienyl methanesulfonate with diethyl malonate, substituted diethyl malonates, ethyl cyanoacetate or ethyl 2-cyanohexanoate. The substituents are: COOH, COOCH3, COOC4H9, COOC7H15, CH2OH, CH3, C4H9, C6H5, CH2OCH3, NHCOCH3, NH2.HCl, F, OCH3, CN and both CN and C4H9.
