Popis: | The description of a new natural gas pyrolysis technology in the free volume regenerative gas heater is presented. Energy consumption by natural gas pyrolysis in plasmatron and by the new developed pyrolysis methods are compared. This work focuses on the role of different factors influencing the energy efficiency of natural gas thermal decomposition.
