Popis: Engineers in industry work in teams. The successful completion of a project depends more on the team-building skills of the team members than upon their individual, analytic skills, Therefore, it makes sense that engineering students should develop their "team-building" skills while they are in school. Here, the authors describe how students must acquire "team-building" skills. This knowledge is essential to their success and will help them throughout their lifetime. They argue that it is imperative that faculty help students develop their "team-building" skills and become aware of their own "team" strengths and weaknesses.
