Edukasi Kesehatan melalui Whatsapp tentang Deteksi Dini Anemia Kehamilan pada Ibu Hamil di Desa Cikunir

Popis: Pengaruh anemia dalam kehamilan dapat berakibat fatal jika tidak segera di atasi diantaranya dapat menyebabkan keguguran, partus prematus, partus lama, atonia uteri dan menyebabkan perdarahan serta syok dan berdampak kematian. Persentase ibu hamil di Desa Cikunir Kecamatan Singaparna Kabupaten Tasikmalaya yang tidak memeriksakan hemoglobin ke fasilitas kesehatan sebanyak 24 orang dari 87 ibu hamil atau sebesar 29%. Meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang pentingnya deteksi dini kehamilan pencegahan anemia melalui pemanfaatan media sosial whatsapp. Metode dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan metode online atau daring yang dikuti oleh 20 ibu hamil di Desa Cikunir. Tahapan pelaksanaan yaitu dengan penyampaian pre test, penyampaian edukasi kesehatan dan post test. hasil pengisian Pre Test dan Post Test. Dari 20 orang ibu hamil semua mengisi pre dan post test.. Berdasarkan isian Pre dan Post Test dapat diketahui bahwa nilai rata-rata Pre Test adalah 64.4 dan rata-rata nilai Post Test adalah 78,2. Sebanyak 20 orang mengalami kenaikan nilai dari Pre Test ke Post Test (100,0%). pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adanya kenaikan pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang deteksi dini anemia kehamilan sehingga diharapkan dapat melakukan pemeriksaan Ante Natal Care (ANC) selama kehamilannya dalam pencegahan anemia kehamilan yang merupakan faktor risiko stunting bagi balita di masa mendatang Kata Kunci: Deteksi, Dini, Anemia, Kehamilan, Stunting ABSTRACT Some of them can cause miscarriage, premature labor, prolonged labor, uterine atony and cause bleeding and shock and result in death. The percentage of pregnant women in Cikunir Village, Singaparna District, Tasikmalaya Regency who did not check hemoglobin at health facilities was 24 out of 87 pregnant women or 29%. The purpose of this community service is to increase the knowledge of pregnant women about the importance of early pregnancy detection and prevention of anemia through the use of WhatsApp social media. This method of community service uses an online or online method which is followed by 20 pregnant women in Cikunir Village. The stages of implementation are the delivery of pre-test, delivery of health education and post-test. the results of filling out the Pre Test and Post Test. Of the 20 pregnant women, all filled out the pre and post tests. Based on the Pre and Post Test entries, it can be seen that the average value of the Pre Test is 64.4 and the average value of the Post Test is 78.2. A total of 20 people experienced an increase in scores from Pre Test to Post Test (100.0%). The conclusion of the implementation of this activity is that there is an increase in knowledge of pregnant women about early detection of anemia in pregnancy so that it is hoped that they can carry out Ante Natal Care (ANC) examinations during their pregnancy in preventing pregnancy anemia which is a risk factor for stunting for toddlers in the future.
