Popis:	Protected D(+)-biotin methylesters 3 were reduced to the corresponding alcohols 4 and phosphitylated with chloromethoxymorpholinophosphine. The resulting phosphoramidites 5 were used on a commercial DNA synthesiser to biotinylate synthetic DNA.
