| Popis: | Historically, fully separate technical implementation was required for each bilateral information exchange, which is largely supported by the U.S. in terms of facilities, manpower, and infrastructure at substantial cost. In this report, we propose a solution that will allow the U.S. to consolidate some of these networks while assuring that information will be treated with the appropriate degree of confidentiality. |
