Popis: | A set of equations describing the behavior of an n-port at its ports is derived. It is then shown that the synthesis procedure consists in trying to fix some parameters so that a set of vectors, that generate a cone, become such that a given vector is included in the cone. This leads to a set of bilinear inequalities, that cannot be solved analytically, and to one necessary and one sufficient condition for the existence of a realization. It is also shown that a solution of the problem, when formulated in this way, would also yield a solution to the equivalence problem. |
