Popis: We demonstrate electro-optic switching using the DC-Kerr effects in a bus-coupled integrated photonic racetrack ring resonator made of Silicon-rich Nitride and find its third order nonlinear susceptibility, χ(3), of 6x10-19 m2/v2.
