Development of the criminal procedural legislation of Vietnam from 1945 to the present

Popis:	The article discusses the features of the formation and development of the criminal procedural legislation of Vietnam from 1945 to the present. In particular, the author identified 5 stages of the formation of this legislation, including: the first stage from 1945 to 1975, the second stage from 1975 to 1988, the third stage from 1989 to 2003, the fourth stage from 2003 to 2015 and the fifth stage from 2015 to the present. Also substantiated are the trends and prospects for the development of the criminal process in Vietnam in the future in accordance with the strategy of building and improving the socialist legal state of Vietnam by 2030 with an orientation to 2045.
