Popis: | Improved transient response using high-frequency feedback control (HFFC) circuit of the constant current ripple constant on-time (CCRCOT) with native adaptive voltage positioning design for voltage regulators (VRs) is proposed in this study. The concept uses the HFFC circuit to filter V out at the load transient to change the on-time width dynamically, preventing V out from dropping markedly. This proposal does not need an extra pin to achieve a quick response circuit. Finally, the multiphase VR with the HFFC circuit of the CCRCOT for the IC circuit of the proposed buck converter is implemented by experiment and simulation results to verify their viability and superiority. |
