Popis: A computational algorithm to study the dynamics of arid soil-plant ecosystems is given. During the simulation, a weighted, signed, directed graph of self-pulse process which is associated with the phenomena of energy and information transmission in dissipative systems was used. A problem of determination of the conditions of system stability is posed and solved.
