| Popis: | To reduce the burden on the justice system and better support lawyers drafting marriage contracts and the people entering into them, we need a better understanding of how these contracts are functioning and how they can be improved. In this study, we survey and interview family law lawyers to get their insights into current issues surrounding marriage agreements, and promising steps forward for the justice system. |
