Popis:	In this work we studied the tetragonal to cubic (t‐c) phase transition as function of temperature in compositionally homogeneous ZrO2‐CeO2 powders by synchrotron radiation X‐ray diffraction (SR‐XRD). Transitions are correlated with changes in the local order of the second coordination shell of Zr atom, studied by EXAFS.
