Neuroendocrine carcinoma in Poland's syndrome

Popis:	We describe a 33-year-old male with absence of the left pectoralis muscles and skeletal deformities of the left hand, typical of Poland's syndrome. The patient presented a painful mass on chest wall that had grown in less than 2 months. The mass turned out to be a malignant tumor. As far as we know, this is the first report of a neuroendocrine carcinoma associated with Poland's syndrome.
