| Popis: | Seven patients(M7, age 33±s 6a)with hypertension after kidney transplant were treated with amlodipine 5-10 mg, po,qd,for 1 mo.The blood pressure and blood creatinine decreased(P0.01,0.05),while the endogenous creatinine clearance obviously increased (P0.05).The results pointed out that amlodipine has the effects of lowering blood pressure,protecting the transplanted kidney and improving the kidney function. |
