Popis: | Change management covers the design, planning, organisation, implementation, control and stabilisation of changes and the necessary change processes within the company. Based on the phase models of Lewin and Kottler, three case studies are analyzed regarding the change processes in the company situations growth after foundation, reorganization after insolvency and company succession before departure of the managing partner. The case studies show that the essential success factor for effective and efficient change is the greatest possible acceptance of managers and employees. In particular, they show that change processes are generally more successful if employees are involved from the outset through transparent information and goal-oriented communication. A further success factor is the quality of the management personnel, which is essential for employee motivation and satisfaction. |
