Modern horizons of machine vision within nanoworld

Popis: We state that, equipped with special sensor devices, the systems of machine vision (SMV) allow for seeing and recognizing the objects being invisible to the human eye. A promising line of SMV development is related to extending the spectral perception range and penetrating into nanoworld. The paper considers principal possibility to use spectral-selective optical parameters of controlled objects within the SMV, with investigations of quality-quantity behavior of micro impurities in water as an example.
