SOME SEROLOGICAL FINDINGS ON ABO-INCOMPATIBLE PREGNANCIES

Popis:	The authors studied serologically ABO-incompatible pregnancies and obtained following results:1) By the indirect anti-globulin technique the antibody titer of the incomplete anti-A or anti-B antibody with cord red cells is remarkably lower than that with adult red cells.2) Adult red cells of blood group A or B, sensitized with eluates from corresponding cord red cells, react in some cases positively by the indirect antiglobulin technique.3) Some evidences that also by the case of anti-A and anti-B antibody, only the incomplete antibody is placenta-transmissible are presented.
