The purpose of the study is to develop theoretical, methodological and practical recommendations for sustainable management of the enterprises working in the pharmaceutical industry, relying on data analysis and risk assessment. The study is based on the construction of multifactor models capturing the dependence of the value of a pharmaceutical company on the change in the influence of stakeholder interests. Collection and grouping of data, identification of regulatory risks associated with the peculiarities of pharmaceuticals, allowed to group and assess the impact of factors on the value of companies. Our science-based construction of models allows to provide convincing arguments on the development strategy of the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on the best available ways to achieve the implementation of national projects for the breakthrough development of the country. |
