Popis: | 29th European Photovoltaic Solar Energy Conference and Exhibition; 1736-1740 Laser structuring is still a promising process for processing thin film solar cells in industrial environment. There are still challenging points which have to be solved for reproducible production results. In this paper different structuring methods are compared on their quality behaviour at the example of CIGS solar cell material on flexible polyimide foil. Goal of the investigation is to find processing conditions without material melting to prevent electrical shortcuts. Direct structuring with different energy distribution is compared with laser induced lift-processes. |
