Popis: | The Workforce Problem (WP) can be classified in three categories: strategic planning, tactical planning and operational planning. The WP can be applied to any type of company, for example, in Operation and Maintenance (O&M) management. In recent years, O&M's WP has been thoroughly analysed in the electricity sector by electricity distributors such as Copel, Celpe, Cemig, AES Sul and Elektro, aiming to optimize the attendance of events. The main goal of this work is to present the state of the art of WP focused on power utilities, as well as some topics related to power distribution planning at strategic, tactical and operational levels. The survey reveals that most studies of WP in electrical distribution utilities analyses operational planning. |
