Popis:	Abnormal uterine bleeding (AUB) is the major complaint in approximately one-third of gynecological visits in premenopausal women, and in more than 70% of appointments of peri- and postmenopausal women. Uterine myoma is one of the main causes of AUB during menaces, especially when it is submucosal. Hysteroscopy is the gold standard for identification and definition of the submucosal nodule approach; proper fibroid classification leads to a safer resolution of the case.
