Popis: This paper presents the enhancement of product redesign, assembly, and environmental consideration analysis of RC Helicopter Controller throughout Design For Manufacture and Assembly (DFMA) and Sustainability evaluation using SolidWorks@ sustainability software. Computer-Aided Design (CAD) is used to redesign the entire component in minimising the assembly time. Then, the redesigned product will lead to sustainability evaluation. Thus the objective of this study is to mitigate the economic factors of product development as well as environmentally friendly product and social acceptability ways. This product design approach is significant to the quality of the product in terms of functionality and will influence manufacturing utilisation. Therefore this study will show systematisation and analysis manufacturability of product design with a focus on DFMA and environmentally approach.
