The kinetics of gas adsorption by silicagels or zeolites subjected to the action of high-frequency discharges have still not been fully studied. It was shown earlier [1, 2] that there was a complete analogy between the effects of gamma rays and high-frequency discharges in creating surface radiation effects on solids. By using this analogy we may extend existing kinetic methods of studying radiation adsorption [3–5] to cathodic adsorption phenomena. |
