Popis: Res_eng:The work of the Spanish-Argentinean playwright Rodrigo Garcia is a continuous reflection on the contemporary socio-political situation, as was Greek tragedy. His dramaturgy revolves around the emptiness, isolation and violence that the human being is subjected to in current consumer society. In Agamenon, these themes are represented by a father who, after shopping at the supermarket, takes his family to a Kentucky Fried Chicken with the aim of explaining what Tragedy is. The myth of Agamemnon fits perfectly with the objective of the author: to offer us a definition of the tragedy of our time.
