Popis: | Results of experimental investigations of the operation of eccentrically loaded groups of piles showed that the unevenness of distribution of vertical axial forces between piles depends on the foundation's flexibility and the relative eccentricity of the load's application. A procedure is given for determining design loads on piles of eccentrically loaded groups, the use of which makes it possible to reduce the number of piles in a foundation and lower its cost. |
