Popis: Данная работа посвящена исследованию конкурентоспособности внешнеторгового предприятия на примере ООО «Торговый Дом РФП». Задачи, которые решались в Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ исследования:– Рассмотреть теоретические основы анализа конкурентоспособности предприятия.–  Провести анализ деятельности предприятия сферы внешней торговли на примере ООО «Торговый Дом РФП».– Дать оценку конкурентоспособности внешнеторгового предприятия ООО «Торговый Дом РФП».– Разработать рекомендации по совершенствованию деятельности ООО «Торговый Дом РФП» и повышению конкурентоспособности организации.– Оценить экономическую эффективность мероприятий по повышению конкурентоспособности. В теоретической части работы рассмотрены теоретические основы анализа конкурентоспособности предприятия. Рассмотрена сущность конкурентоспособности. Приведены методы оценки конкурентоспособности. Определены основные направления повышения конкурентоспособности организации. Работа проведена на базе ООО «Торговый Дом РФП», где собиралась значительная часть фактического материала: показатели финансово-Ñ Ð¾Ð·ÑÐ¹ÑÑ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ деятельности, торгово-Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ðµ процессы. Был проведен анализ финансово-Ñ Ð¾Ð·ÑÐ¹ÑÑ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ деятельности ООО «Торговый Дом РФП» и оценка конкурентоспособности предприятия. Были использованы методы конкурентного анализа, SWOT-анализа, PEST-анализа, модели 5 сил Портера. В результате была оценена конкурентоспособность внешнеторгового предприятия. Разработаны рекомендации по улучшению деятельности организации и повышению ее конкурентоспособности. Проведена оценка эффективности Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑ€Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ð¹.
This work is devoted to the study of the competitiveness of a foreign trade enterprise on the example of Trading House RFP LLC. Tasks that were solved in the course of the study:– Consider the theoretical foundations of the analysis of the competitiveness of the enterprise.– Conduct an analysis of the activities of an enterprise in the field of foreign trade on the example of OOO Trading House RFP.– Assess the competitiveness of the foreign trade enterprise LLC Trading House RFP.– Develop recommendations for improving the activities of Trading House RFP LLC and increasing the competitivene ss of the organization.– Assess the cost-effectiveness of measures to improve competitiveness. In the theoretical part of the work, the theoretical foundations of the analysis of the competitiveness of an enterprise are considered. The essence of competitiveness is considered. Methods for assessing competitiveness are given. The main directions of increasing the competitiveness of the organization are determined. The work was carried out on the basis of LLC Trading House RFP, where a significant part of the factual material was collected: indicators of financial and economic activity, trade and technological processes. An analysis was made of the financial and economic activities of LLC Trading House RFP and an assessment of the competitiveness of the enterprise. The methods of competitive analysis, SWOT analysis, PEST analysis, Porter's 5 forces model were used.As a result, the competitiveness of a foreign trade enterprise was assessed. Recommendations have been developed to improve the organization's activities and increase its competitiveness. An assessment of the effectiveness of the developed measures was carried out
