Popis: | 1. The formation of the structure of melted coating of self-fluxing alloys is greatly affected by the heating temperature and by the cooling rate of the molten pool. 2. Laser melting of nickel base self-fluxing coatings is accompanied by the formation of nickel boride Ni2B in the structure of the alloy, and the solid solution is considerably supersaturated with alloying elements. 3. Treatment of coatings with pulsed laser radiation brings about practically complete homogenization of the structure regardless of its state of disequilibrium. 4. Supersaturation of solid solution with alloying elements and reduction of the amount of strengthening particles in laser melting impairs only imperceptibly the hardness of the coating compared with the traditional methods of melting. |
