Based on the characteristics of electroluminescent circuit board, a new automatic optical detection technique is proposed. A visual detection system for circuit board fault is designed, which combines digital image processing and sensor technology. Image preprocessing, image registration, luminescent region extraction and fault location are carried out. Different detection methods are proposed for different circuit boards. The system can realize the intelligent fault detection of the circuit board, solve some problems in the traditional manual detection, meet the real-time and high precision requirements of the fault detection of the circuit board, and is easy to be implemented in engineering. |
