Thermo-chemical writing of phase relief on the metal surfaces

Popis:	The possibilities of phase relief thermochemical writing on the oxidazing metal surfaces have been theoretically investigated. For the purpose the thermal field formation induced by space modulated laser irradiation has been analyzed minimum relief space periods being estimated. The positive influence of the chemical reaction exothermicity on the thermal field contrast was shown in case of zero order reactions.
