The theme of the final qualifying work: "Development of a business plan for a public catering enterprise." This work is devoted to the development of a business plan for creating a public catering enterprise of the cafe-confectionery type in the market of Sterlitamak, Republic of Bashkortostan. The object of the research is strategic planning and small business management. The subject of the research is the process of business planning of a catering enterprise in the Sterlitamak market. The tasks that were set during the study: 1) Consider the theoretical foundations of business planning for a catering enterprise; 2) Conduct an analysis of the public catering market of the Republic of Baschkortostan and identify trends in its development; 3) Conduct an analysis of competitors and consumers in Sterlitamak in the field of catering establishments such as a cafe-confectionery; 4) Develop the main sections of the business plan for creating a public catering enterprise in the market of Sterlitamak; 5) Give an economic justification for the project to create a public catering enterprise in the market of Sterlitamak. In the course of the work, all the necessary sections of the business plan were developed, financial and organizational calculations were carried out, showing clearly the required amount of investments invested in the project and what exactly they will be spent on. As a result, the developed business plan for the opening of a cafe-confectionery "I want Sladkoe" in the city of Sterlitamak turned out to be economically profitable and expedient. The proceeds in the first year of operation at the Hochu Sladkoe cafe-confectionery will amount to 7,141,086 rubles, net profit - 316,701 rubles. The proceeds for the second year of operation will amount to 8,212,248 rubles, net profit - 2,031,750 rubles. |
