A New reliability Analysis Method for Complex Electromechanical Products Based on Meta-Action Unit Theory

Popis: The reliability evaluation results are affected due to unreasonable decomposition granularity of the evaluation object in traditional reliability analysis method for complex electromechanical products. The reason is that the process of decomposition does not take into account the structural characteristics and function formation of electromechanical products. In order to solve this problem, the Meta-Action Unit taken as the basic analysis unit is obtained by decomposing the product by FunctionMotion-Action structured decomposition method. Combining the motion transmission between Meta-Action Units with GO chart, a new reliability analysis method for complex mechanical products based on the GO method is proposed. The reliability probability calculation model for Function-Motion-Action System is established. This method can be well used to describe the characteristics of the electromechanical product structure and the formation process of the system function. And it provides a more effective and accurate method for the research of mechanical product reliability analysis. Finally, a horizontal machining center is taken as an example to illustrate the analysis process.
