Magnetostriction and anisotropy of CoxFe3−xO4 (0.005 ≤x≤0.6) single crystals

Popis:	A systematic investigation of the temperature and composition dependence of the magnetostriction of Co x Fe 3- x O 4 single crystals has been carried out using the strain gauge technique. The anisotropy constant K ′ 1 has been determined through curve fitting. It is found that the one-ion model is plausible for these materials for x up to 0.4.
