Popis:	We report a 77-year-old male patient with a history of aortic valve bypass with an apicoaortic conduit 11 years ago for severe aortic stenosis, presenting with acute decompensated congestive heart failure. Severe conduit valve regurgitation and was successfully treated with transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) of the native aortic valve using a self-expanding bioprosthesis followed by transcatheter closure of the apicoaortic conduit.
