A method is proposed for the preparation of terbium activated lanthanum cerium phosphates of the composition La0,8Ce0,15Tb0,05PO4 and La0,8Ce0,15Tb0,05(PO3)3, the main advantages of which are lower temperature and process time compared to known methods. Phosphors show intense green luminescence in the region of 450-620 nm. It was found that, compared with simple terbium phosphates, in the obtained compounds, the luminescence intensity of the Tb3 ion in the presence of La3 and Ce3 ions significantly increases, which indicates an increase in the transfer of excitation energy to Tb3 ion in the presence of activators. |
