| Popis: | The paper is theoretical and empirical in nature and presents an analysis of entrepreneurial attitudes among the employees of restructured companies. The first part, based on the literature on the subject, describes the interdependencies between the restructuring and entrepreneurial processes and the women’s attitudes. These considerations were the basis of empirical research in which the above mentioned relationships were analysed. The quantitative research with the use of the CAPI method was conducted in 2019 and included female employees of restructured enterprises in the Zachodniopomorskie Voivodeship |
