Popis: | 1. Low-temperature chemicothermal treatment in ammonia and carbon dioxide makes it possible to obtain in a relatively short time (2–3 h) a carbonitride zone of considerable depth (20–25 μ at 570° and 50–60 μ at 620°); the depth of the diffusion zone reaches 0.4–0.5 mm. 2. The distribution of residual macrostresses in the case depends on the structural factor causing the formation of compressive stresses. 3. It follows from the interplanar distance of line (103) of e phase that the concentration gradient of the diffusing elements varies both with the processing time and the cooling rate. |
