Separate elements of vacuum chromoaluminizing technology, features in calculations of vapor elasticity of alloy components, estimation of the metals deposition rate to the substrate by the vacuum method, and diffusion processes occurring during the formation of coatings are considered. The dependences of specific mass gain, coating thickness and coating composition on the process are determined on the basis of series of experiments with different process durations. It is found that the particle sizes of the hardening γ′-phase depend on the modes of thermal vacuum treatment and the cooling rate after chromoaluminizing, and the latter determine the creep resistance of the alloy. |
