Popis:	There are compelling international as well as domestic forces at work that will cause increasingly more reliance on competition and market mechanisms in the communist-socialist world. Some communist countries have moved and will move considerably faster than others in the general direction of market socialism ; but even the Soviet Union and China will have to proceed substantially in this direction over time, in spite of strong internal pressures to resist.
